At Oast House we offer a range of bar styles and services, all available for your party.

At home, at a venue or in a marquee

Our Party Bars feature a wide selection of premium spirits & mixers, a choice of Lager on tap, Prosecco, bottled cider, bitter, craft ales & cocktails. All bars are fully equipped with professional glassware, chiller cabinets & back bars as standard.

Beyond the big stuff we’ll supply all the lemons, limes, straws, napkins & ice you’ll need. More importantly though, we always say our staff make our bars; they’re polite, uniformed & ready to help.

Flexible payment structures

We offer several types of payment structure for your party bar. Set up fees are dependent upon number of guests, venue access and location.

  • PAID BAR; Setup fee + 100% of the total bar bill
  • PART PAID BAR; Setup fee + a limited tab amount, then guests pay
  • CASH BAR; Setup fee, then guests pay from start
  • SUBSIDISED BAR; Setup fee + % of drink cost + guests pay a reduced rate
  • ALL INCLUSIVE BAR; No set up fee, £29.95 per head for 4 hours of paid bar time.

Looking to raise the bar?

We offer several ‘add on’ specialist bar services available to hire alongside our standard bars. Our prosecco parlour, our standalone cocktail bar; completely cocktail and our craft spirits bars; The Gin Bar.

All our bar services can be hired to domestic residences in addition to marquees, festivals and formal venues.

Cards accepted

At Oast House Mobile Bars we can accept card payments as mobile chip & pin card terminals are available at our bars. Voucher systems are also available should you wish to gift drinks to certain guests or staff working on your event.

Fully Licensed. Fully Insured.

Every bar we operate has a senior bartender who will hold a personal licence. Beyond this we’ll be happy to apply to your local council for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) for your chosen venue should one be required. Please mention this when booking as this will need to be applied for well in advance of your event.
